Responsibilities
- Deliver quality care within the scope of practice for Licensed Practical Nurses.
- Provide monitoring of patients as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Document actions and medical records.
- Administer medications and care for wounds.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate from a Licensed Practical Nursing program.
- Current LPN license in the state of employment.
- Active CPR certification.
- Familiarity with state laws and regulations.
- Completion of clinical competencies.
Essential Functions
- Meet individual patient health needs systematically.
- Implement nursing care within scope of practice.
- Assist in developing and implementing patient teaching plans.
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to medical staff.
