Leasing Specialist ( CL )

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Leasing Specialist to join our team at Levco Management LLC for an apartment community in North Chesterfield, VA. As a Leasing Specialist, you will play a key role in responding to leasing inquiries, touring apartments, processing rental applications, and delivering exceptional customer service to our prospects and residents. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with prior experience in the apartment management industry or a background in retail sales or hospitality looking to transition to a new environment.

Responsibilities

• Responding to leasing inquiries, following up on leads, and touring apartments.
• Assist with developing marketing plans and posting advertisements.
• Processing rental applications, executing leases, and collecting deposits.
• Managing move-ins and move-outs.
• Processing maintenance requests and work orders.
• Assisting with any other administrative and property management tasks that are assigned.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in the apartment management industry with lease up experience, preferred.
• Retail sales or hospitality experience candidates willing to be trained in multi-family environment are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
• Strong communication and writing skills with exceptional customer service delivery.
• Basic computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Knowledge of Yardi and CRM systems.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
