1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join ALDI with the opportunity to earn up to $23.50 per hour. The selected candidate will efficiently fulfill orders from stores, organize merchandise, maintain warehouse cleanliness, collaborate with team members, and contribute to improving warehouse processes.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise in compliance with handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Clean and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Organize and execute tasks efficiently.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
