Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Home Delivery Driver to join our team at Slumberland Furniture. As a Home Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers by delivering and setting up merchandise in a safe and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
- Deliver merchandise to customers safely and efficiently.
- Set up merchandise and ensure accurate delivery and return processes.
- Maintain clean delivery vehicles and perform daily vehicle maintenance.
- Handle and maintain all trucks and equipment properly to prevent damage and ensure staff safety.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine love for meeting new people.
- Self-starter with a solid work ethic and reliability as a team player.
- Ability to provide direction, maintain accurate records, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Pass DOT requirements, criminal background check, and drug screening.
