Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to ensure a great shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Provide feedback on products and store operations
- Participate in inventory counts and maintain accuracy
- Follow cash handling procedures and company policies
- Adhere to security and confidentiality protocols
- Perform other assigned duties
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to deliver prompt and friendly customer service
- Efficient operation of a cash register
- Safe handling of equipment and adherence to cleaning standards
- Strong communication skills
- Organizational skills and ability to work independently or in a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail experience is a plus
