Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Lead Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial member of our store, you will oversee various tasks to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide product feedback and recommendations to store management.
• Supervise store personnel to maintain customer satisfaction, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Merchandise products effectively and ensure store signage is maintained.
• Participate in inventory management and product ordering.
• Assist in training new employees and fostering team development.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is beneficial.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to operate relevant store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in basic administrative tasks and computer operations.
