We are currently hiring for the position of Customer Service Representative at Avis Budget Group. Join our team and play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers with the return of rental cars, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers returning rental cars.
• Secure keys and record mileage, gas levels, and any damages to vehicles.
• Check-in vehicles using our computer system while delivering top-notch customer service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors and flexible to work all shifts.
