Customer Exit Representative

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Exit Representative to join the Avis Budget Group team. In this role, you will assist customers as they exit our airport rental locations, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience. If you enjoy a dynamic, high-energy environment and have strong communication skills, this position is perfect for you.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with the exit process, including checking driver's licenses and rental agreements.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and enter relevant information into a computer system.
• Offer customers additional products and services to enhance their experience.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors or in an exit booth.
