Clumpies & GOOD DOG Catering and Events Team Leader (PT)

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as the Clumpies & GOOD DOG Catering and Events Team Leader on a part-time basis. In this role, you will oversee catering operations, lead the team during events, and ensure exceptional guest service delivery for Clumpies Ice Cream and GOOD DOG. Working closely with the Inventory & E-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service, coordinating catering outlets, and exploring new sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent guest service in line with organizational values.
• Lead Catering and Special Events team in accordance with operational goals.
• Assist with scheduling catering outlets and managing event logistics.
• Prepare food to menu specifications and uphold quality standards.
• Maintain relationships with event planners and professionals for sales opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health codes, and safety standards.
• Supervise partners, address guest complaints, and oversee cash handling procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year experience in Food Service or Hospitality environment preferred.
• Serve Safe Certification.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and software applications.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift/move up to 30 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Compensation

$17.4-17.45 per hour.
