Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently managing stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety. This role requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team to achieve warehouse goals.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipping and unload incoming shipments.
- Maintain warehouse appearance standards through cleaning duties.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
- Provide input to improve warehouse processes and achieve set goals.
- Inspect product quality, address safety concerns, and sanitation issues.
- Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years.

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and move product up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment.
- Work in varying temperatures, stand, bend, reach, and walk throughout the warehouse.
