Job Description

Join the Aldi team as a 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores.
Our warehouse operates at fewer than 30 hours per week in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas. Extensive training and a safety program equip our associates with the necessary skills for success.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with the team.
• Provide input for process improvement and uphold quality standards.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Act conscientiously, collaborate, exhibit positive attitude, drive for success, and organize efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Physical Requirements

Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, work in varying temperatures, and operate equipment.

Educational Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
