Job Description
LifeBridge Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As a full-time Social Worker, you will provide clinical services and psychosocial assessments to patients and their families, addressing a range of common challenges and needs.
Responsibilities
- Offer clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and families.
- Assist with adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and more.
- Provide counseling related to various aspects of medical care and aging.
- Engage in discharge planning and support for end-of-life care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required, Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C certification preferred.
- LGSW certification required.
