Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker to join the LifeBridge Health team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As a key member of the allied health department, you will provide clinical social work services to patients and their families, addressing a wide range of emotional, financial, and practical concerns. This full-time position offers day shift hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide counseling to patients and families.
- Address issues such as adjustment to institutional living, financial worries, and end-of-life planning.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop effective care plans.
- Ensure patients receive necessary support and resources for their well-being.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW); Master's degree preferred.
- Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C) preferred.
- Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) certification.
