Job Description
We are currently looking for a compassionate Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health. This full-time position, based in Baltimore, MD at Levindale Hospital, offers a day shift schedule. As a Social Worker, you will provide essential clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, residents, and families. Your responsibilities will involve addressing various common challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, counseling related to medical issues, aging-related changes, discharge planning, and end-of-life support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required.
- Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C certification preferred.
- LGSW certification required.
