The Bungalows At Mayfield is seeking Resident Care Associates (CNA) to join their team! As a Resident Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and services to residents in assisted living and memory care neighborhoods. This role involves hands-on care, emotional support, and maintaining a safe, home-like environment according to residents' Personalized Service Plans. Responsibilities

• Develop and update Personalized Service Plans; participate in service plan review meetings
• Ensure residents' hydration and meal attendance schedules are followed
• Adhere to resident rights and provide necessary assistance with activities
• Maintain residents' cleanliness, assist with hygiene needs, and respond promptly to security and care alerts
• Conduct room checks, laundry tasks, and ensure overall cleanliness and safety

Requirements

• High School education preferred
• Prior experience with elders or disabled individuals is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and evenings
• Knowledge of Assisted Living and Dementia care is advantageous
