Program Nurse RN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Program Nurse-RN to join the Hope Network West Michigan team. As a Program Nurse-RN, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of nurse-related operations, including medication administration, health care programs for residents, and staff education.

Responsibilities

• Provide education to direct care staff and residents in relevant health care areas.
• Guide and monitor medication administration, procurement, and evaluation.
• Assess resident health needs and develop healthcare goals in collaboration with the Case Holder.
• Document medical treatment and health status in resident records.
• Provide leadership, support, and direction to staff for effective program development.

Requirements

• Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan.
• Experience in providing medical treatment services in specialized rehabilitation settings.
• Positive attitude, communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively.
