Program Nurse RN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Program Nurse RN to join our team at Hope Network West Michigan. As a Program Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing the medication administration and healthcare programs for our residents, ensuring quality care delivery. This role involves providing education to staff and residents, monitoring medical conditions, and collaborating with medical providers to develop healthcare goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide education and guidance to direct care staff and residents on healthcare-related areas.
• Manage medication administration, procurement, and evaluation to ensure resident well-being.
• Monitor and treat chronic and emergency medical conditions under medical provider guidance.
• Develop healthcare goals in collaboration with Case Holders and attend planning meetings.
• Conduct health assessments, document medical treatment, and communicate with medical providers.
• Provide leadership and support to staff, ensuring medical compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in medication review meetings and nurse on-call rotations.

Requirements

• State of Michigan Registered Nurse license.
• Positive attitude, effective communication skills, and a valid driver's license.
• Experience in medical treatment services and mental health care preferred.
• Prior Phlebotomy experience is a plus.
