Product Owner, CPB Platform and Aggregator

Job Description

We are looking for a Product Owner to join our team at Discover Financial Services. As the Product Owner for the Card Posting & Billing (CPB) Platform and Aggregator team, you will play a crucial role in modernizing and driving the product vision for several foundational aggregator APIs within Discover Card. You will collaborate closely with Business and Technology stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of priority initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product outcomes that meet stakeholder and customer requests.
• Interact and collaborate with stakeholders to define product features and roadmap.
• Establish KPIs and OKRs, create and maintain key product documentation.
• Build product backlog, prioritize items, and ensure compliance and quality standards.
• Define functional and non-functional requirements, drive continuous optimization, and maintain infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business.
• 4+ years of experience in Product, Business, Technical, or related field.
• Understanding of agile mindset and experience with scrum delivery.
• Proficiency in agile management tools such as Jira and process management tools like IBM Blueworks Live.
