Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Long Term Care team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time position with a weekend commitment on day shift (7:00am-7:30pm) at Levindale Hospital, Household #1.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assist in orienting and supervising nursing personnel.
- Attend to the daily operations of the unit and assume leadership responsibilities.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing.
- Less than 1 year of experience.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification and LPN license.
