Job Description

Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect and report data on their condition.
- Contribute to care planning and administer medications per orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved nursing school.
- Current or pending LPN licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
