Job Description
Position: Help Desk Technician
About the role: As an integral part of the Information Technology Team, the Help Desk Technician is responsible for desk-side support, installation of computer software products, hardware repair, and resolving technical issues while providing user education. The technician will assist with the maintenance of computer systems, network infrastructure, server infrastructure, phone systems, and email. Additionally, supporting IT department projects and initiatives.

Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience/education
- Minimum of 2-3 years in professional IT experience
- Working knowledge of various IT aspects
- Independent and teamwork traits
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
