Job Description
Quality Enterprises USA is looking for a skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team in Naples, FL. As a Heavy Equipment Mechanic, you will be responsible for the maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of our heavy construction equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs on a variety of heavy construction equipment.
- Test equipment after repair to ensure proper performance and safety compliance.
- Complete inspections and preventative maintenance tasks to maximize equipment lifespan.
- Keep detailed records of work done and report to management.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Experience with heavy equipment maintenance.
- Ability to identify and solve mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues.
- Knowledge of CAT equipment is preferred.
- Capacity to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Valid CDL license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to continuous improvement.
