Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Offer exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous service
• Operate a cash register efficiently
• Safely operate equipment
• Interpret and apply company policies
• Excellent communication skills
• Work independently and in a team environment

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail work experience preferred
