Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
- Assist customers with their shopping, communicate clearly with team members and management
- Provide feedback to improve product quality and customer service
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling procedures
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
- Efficient operation of a cash register and various equipment
- Adherence to company policies and procedures, excellent communication skills
- Capacity to work independently and within a team environment
- High school diploma preferred with retail experience
