Fine Dining Hospitality Server

Job Description

We are seeking a Fine Dining Hospitality Server to join our team at Hornblower - City Experiences in Washington, DC. As a Fine Dining Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional hospitality to our guests while embodying our RESPECT Service System.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality to guests and coworkers according to our RESPECT service system.
• Greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in all common areas and service stations.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas as required.
• Accurately handle payments and provide information to guests about services and offerings.
• Adhere to appearance standards and assist with guest seating and greeting.
• Perform additional job duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant.
• Energetic and enthusiastic personality.
• Effective communication skills and service orientation.
• Basic computer skills and physical fitness for lifting and moving items.
• Availability to work on holidays and meet minimum state age requirements.
