Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Principal Trainer specializing in Epic Professional Billing to join our dynamic and fast-growing EHR Services practice. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing integration teams, training best practices, and ensuring successful project execution in the realm of healthcare technology.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Work on Professional Billing configuration changes and builds.
  • Translate user requirements into functional and technical design specifications.
  • Serve as a mentor and subject matter expert.
  • Lead Epic software upgrade initiatives or enhancements.
  • Provide support during go-lives and system upgrades.
  • Develop application-specific training curriculum and materials.
  • Adhere to organization standards for system configuration and change control.

Required Qualifications

  • Active Epic certification in Professional Billing.
  • 4+ years of healthcare experience.
  • Subject Matter Expertise in relevant applications.
  • Experience with at least one full cycle Epic Implementation on the Professional Billing Application Team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Completed Epic CEE for maintaining certifications.
  • Demonstrated ability in team management and leadership.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

  • In-depth knowledge of Epic EMR and implementation lifecycle.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and translate user requirements into system specifications.
