Director of maintenance

Job Description

Rockwell Care is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Maintenance to join our team at the Joshua Tree Post Acute Care Center. In this role, you will play a vital part in improving the facility's maintenance operations and overseeing housekeeping and laundry services. You will be instrumental in ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment for our residents.

Shift: Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm & On Call

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate maintenance projects.
• Supervise housekeeping and laundry operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, or appliance maintenance.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
