Job Description

We are looking for talented Dimensional Management Engineers (Associate, Experienced, Senior) to join our dynamic Engineering Teams at BOEING in Hazelwood, MO. As a Dimensional Management Engineer, you will be part of a passionate leadership team working on critical national defense missions, shaping the future of aerospace. You will be responsible for applying dimensional management engineering processes, tool use, and tolerance application, coordinating dimensional requirements, and recommending changes to meet objectives. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on various aerospace platforms and join a diverse team of engineers.

Position Responsibilities

  • Work with Systems Engineering to identify dimensional requirements and objectives.
  • Perform variation analysis and link measurements with product definition.
  • Coordinate dimensional requirements across internal and external team members.
  • Recommend changes to meet dimensional objectives.
  • Provide input to program plans for timely incorporation of dimensional management activities.
  • Write documentation including dimensional management plans, variation analysis reports, and measurement plans.
  • Serve as a project consultant for dimensional management engineering.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Aerospace, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 2+ years' experience in variation analysis and using NX/Teamcenter or CATIA/ENOVIA.
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.
  • Reside in OR willing to relocate to St. Louis, Missouri.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Active U.S. Security Clearance in the past 24 months.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment with GD&T knowledge.
  • Experience with 3D variation analysis software.

Education/Experience Levels

  • Associate, Level 2: Bachelor's degree and 2 or more years' related work experience.
  • Experienced, Level 3: Bachelor's degree and 5 or more years' related work experience.
  • Senior, Level 4: Bachelor's degree and 9 or more years' related work experience.
