Job Description
We are looking for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. As a CNA, you will work closely with Licensed/Registered Nurses to provide essential care and support to our patients, enhancing their quality of life through assistance with daily activities and ensuring a compassionate environment for both patients and their families.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) under the supervision of nursing staff.
- Provide high-quality care and services that meet individual patients' needs and rights.
- Promote a caring and compassionate atmosphere for patients and their families.
- Follow guidelines to ensure the safety and wellbeing of patients and respond to their medical and physical needs effectively.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English for effective communication and patient care.
