Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Banking Specialist to join Teleperformance USA's team in Columbia, South Carolina. As part of our on-site team, you will interact with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media to address inquiries and resolve issues effectively. Your role will involve de-escalating conflicts, processing payments, and providing excellent service to customers.
Responsibilities
- Connect with customers to address questions and concerns.
- De-escalate conflicts and resolve issues calmly.
- Escalate interactions when necessary.
- Track call information for reporting purposes.
- Provide feedback on call-related issues.
- Upsell products or services when appropriate.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- IT/Network certifications/degrees preferred.
- Proven call center experience.
- Typing speed of 25 WPM.
- Proficiency in PC operation and navigation.
- Entry-level network troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
