Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Banking Specialist to join Teleperformance USA's team in Columbia, South Carolina. As part of our on-site team, you will interact with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media to address inquiries and resolve issues effectively. Your role will involve de-escalating conflicts, processing payments, and providing excellent service to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Connect with customers to address questions and concerns.
  • De-escalate conflicts and resolve issues calmly.
  • Escalate interactions when necessary.
  • Track call information for reporting purposes.
  • Provide feedback on call-related issues.
  • Upsell products or services when appropriate.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • IT/Network certifications/degrees preferred.
  • Proven call center experience.
  • Typing speed of 25 WPM.
  • Proficiency in PC operation and navigation.
  • Entry-level network troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
