Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Retail Manager to join Aldi's team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing store operations, supervising the team, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with an average of 38 hours per week and a starting wage of $24.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and standards.
• Monitor and adjust inventory levels.
• Ensure customer service excellence and resolve operational issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of budgeting and expense management.
• Experience in operating store equipment and cash registers.
