We are looking for an experienced Analytics Manager specializing in Web and Digital Marketing to join our team at Cella, a leading global brand in athletic footwear and lifestyle fashion. As the Analytics Manager, you will play a crucial role in leveraging data to drive strategic decisions, optimize digital marketing strategies, and enhance our online presence.
- Provide practical insights by analyzing site experience data, customer journeys, and audience segmentation.
- Analyze online user behavior, conversion data, and funnel analysis to improve performance.
- Ensure accurate website reporting and tagging for multiple platforms.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable insights.
- Enhance reporting processes to monitor trends and enable self-service data access.
- Contribute to developing an Insights foundation rooted in experience analytics.
Experience level: Manager
Bachelor or master's degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Marketing, Business, or Economics.
6-8 years of experience in web analytics, digital marketing, and site optimization.
Expertise in Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar tools, and tag management systems.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, CDP, and DMP platforms.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Experience in SQL is a plus.
