1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our growing team at Aldi. This part-time position offers flexible hours, with an average of fewer than 30 hours per week, and a starting wage of $23.75 per hour. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations by efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment.
