Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Full-Time member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse operates smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Work independently within assigned responsibilities.
• Assist in achieving budget goals.
• Perform all tasks accurately and efficiently following company policies.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and dedication to success.
• Efficient organizational and execution skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise and prepare for deliveries.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
