Job Description

Spartan Logistics is a leading third-party logistics company based in Columbus, OH, specializing in fast-moving inventory such as food, beverages, glass, paper, and automotive supplies. With over 350 staff members and more than 4 million square feet of warehouse space across several states, we are seeking a Warehouse Manager for our Hazelwood, MO location. The role involves overseeing transportation, storage, and distribution activities while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and AIB food grade certification standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including freight, returns, receiving, and transfers.
• Lead and develop the warehouse team to provide exceptional customer service.
• Ensure high levels of accuracy in daily operations and oversee mechanical and IT systems.
• Coordinate with customers and departments, supervise staff, and maintain records.
• Plan, meet quality objectives, manage budgets, and administer inventory control.
• Maintain compliance with AIB food grade standards and requirements.
