Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Universal Banker to join the International State Bank of Raton team. As a Universal Banker, you will be responsible for accurately completing financial transactions, opening accounts, handling teller transactions, and promoting financial solutions to customers. This role focuses on building trusting relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving business development goals.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with various customer service requests and complex inquiries.
- Perform transfers, loan payments, and wire transactions.
- Open consumer and business accounts, and support Treasury Management services.
- Inform customers about banking products and services, cross-sell opportunities, and meet sales goals.
- Maintain knowledge of bank regulations and procedures.
- Act as a back-up teller to process transactions accurately.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in sales, teller, new accounts, or loan processing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and 10-Key by touch.
- Detail-oriented with decision-making capabilities.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly wage: $16.00 - $18.00.
