Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Universal Banker to join International State Bank of Raton. As a Universal Banker, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, conducting various financial transactions, educating customers on our products and services, and supporting business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with a range of financial transactions and inquiries.
- Open and manage consumer and business accounts.
- Cross-sell banking products and services to enhance customer relationships.
- Meet sales and referral goals to support branch targets.
- Adhere to all banking regulations and security procedures.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in sales, teller, or new accounts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; 10-Key skills preferred.
- Detail-oriented with strong customer service and communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hiring range: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour.
