Universal Banker

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Universal Banker to join International State Bank of Raton. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling financial transactions, promoting banking products, and contributing to the growth of the client base.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with various financial needs, including account opening, transactions, and problem resolution.
• Promote and cross-sell banking products to meet individual and branch targets.
• Maintain knowledge of banking regulations and ensure compliance with security procedures.
• Support customers with online banking, mobile banking, and other services.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience in sales, teller, new accounts, or loan processing is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and 10-Key by touch.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly Wage: $16.00 - $18.00.
