Universal Banker Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Universal Banker to join our team at International State Bank of Raton. As a Universal Banker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, offering financial solutions, and fostering long-term relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with various financial transactions and inquiries.
- Open and manage consumer and business accounts.
- Cross-sell banking products and services to enhance customer relationships.
- Support the teller line and ensure accurate processing of transactions.
- Achieve sales and referral goals while adhering to banking regulations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in sales, banking, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; 10-Key by touch is preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and autonomously.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly wage: $16.00 - $18.00.
