Responsibilities

• Assist customers with daily banking needs and inquiries.
• Execute transfers, loan payments, and wire transactions.
• Open and manage consumer and business accounts.
• Cross-sell banking products and services to enhance customer relationships.
• Meet and exceed sales and referral targets.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and security procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in sales, teller, new accounts, or loan processing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; 10-Key by touch is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively with internal and external contacts.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage: $16.00 - $18.00.
