Universal Banker

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Universal Banker to join the International State Bank of Raton. As a Universal Banker, you will be responsible for accurately completing financial transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and recommending financial solutions based on customer needs. This role involves handling a variety of banking activities, including new account openings, customer inquiries, and cross-selling banking products.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with day-to-day banking needs and complex inquiries.
• Perform transactions such as transfers, loan payments, and wire transfers.
• Open consumer and business accounts, and support Treasury Management services.
• Inform customers about various banking products and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Meet sales and referral goals, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in sales, teller, new accounts, or loan processing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; 10-Key by touch preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and customer service skills.
• Prior teller/sales experience is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

• Estimated hourly wage: $16.00 - $18.00.
