Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Service Manager to join Texas Roadhouse, a family-oriented restaurant known for its Legendary Food and Service. As a Service Manager, you will oversee all Front of House operations, ensuring our guests receive exceptional service and managing a team of employees.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Enforce compliance with employment policies and oversee restaurant cleanliness and guest safety.
• Provide Front of House training and manage employee performance.
• Control liquor orders and costs in compliance with applicable laws.
• Develop employees and create a positive work environment.
• Practice safe food handling procedures.
