Team Leader: Store 7171

Job Description

As a Team Leader at Store 7171 with Jack in the Box, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of an exceptional guest experience. You will lead and train team members to maintain the highest food quality standards, fulfill guest expectations, and uphold compliance with all JIB procedures and standards.

Qualifications

• 6 months of JIB experience with full workstation certification, or 1 year of supervisory experience in restaurant or retail customer service.
• Must be at least 18 years old and complete Team Leader training classes.
• Effective communication skills in English; additional language proficiency may be required based on location.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and ethical conduct.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for majority of the shift, lift 15-25 lbs, take orders, operate a cash register, and read displays.
