Team Leader: Store 3087

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to oversee operations in Store 3087 at Jack in the Box. As the first-line supervisor, you will be responsible for training and leading team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences, ensuring high-quality food, meeting guest expectations, and upholding JIB standards.

Qualifications

• 6 months of JIB experience and certification in all workstations OR 1 year of supervisory experience in customer service required.
• Must be at least 18 years old, complete Team Leader training, and may need ServSafe certification.
• Strong communication skills, basic math proficiency, ability to work with diverse groups, and computer knowledge.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift weights, operate equipment, and communicate effectively with guests.
