Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Store Management Trainee at ALDI. In this role, you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare for managing your own store successfully. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, and developing operational strategies. This position offers a starting wage of $26.25 per hour with an earning potential of up to $98,500 in the first year.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day store activities to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Understand company strategy and core values to foster teamwork among employees.
  • Manage store personnel, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure store signage, product quality, and inventory levels are maintained.
  • Operate cash register, manage cash audits, and monitor store budgets.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Previous retail experience (minimum of 3 years) and management skills preferred.
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service and lead a team effectively.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
