As a Special Procedure Tech, you will assist physicians, deliver patient/family-centered care, and ensure the safety and comfort of patients throughout their procedures.
Responsibilities
- Monitor patients during invasive procedures and provide technical support.
- Perform IV starts, hemodynamic monitoring, and document procedures.
- Adhere to radiation safety standards and quality assurance protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams and communicate with patients and families.
Requirements
- Completion of accredited radiography or cardiovascular technologist program.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in EP, Cath Lab, or IR.
- Basic computer skills, exceptional communication, and customer service skills.
- Active BLS and ACLS certifications.
