Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese)

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese) to join TOYOTI1, a leading international tire manufacturing company with over 75 years of experience. In this role, you will be responsible for managing production costs, analyzing variances, and collaborating with Japan to optimize our processes using CADIOS, making fluency in Japanese a must.

Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Investigate and analyze material transactions, addressing monthly variances.
• Collaborate with Japan to enhance the use of CADIOS for cost management.
• Plan and oversee fixed asset inventory.
• Analyze ROI on new projects and verify post-completion.
• Contribute to the budget planning process by developing annual labor and cost budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in cost accounting and management.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
• Fluency in Japanese is essential for collaboration with Japan.
