Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese)

Job Description

TOYOTI1 is seeking a highly qualified Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese) to join our finance team. As an essential member of our team, you will be responsible for managing production costs, analyzing variances, and working closely with our Japan team on cost management using CADIOS.

Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Analyze material transactions and investigate monthly variances.
• Collaborate with Japan team to optimize production cost using CADIOS. Fluency in Japanese is a requirement.
• Lead Fixed Asset inventory planning and management.
• Assist departments in ROI analysis for new projects.
• Participate in budget planning by developing annual budgets for labor and other assigned costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Cost Accounting and Cost Management.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
