Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese)

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Senior Cost Analyst who is fluent in both English and Japanese to join the TOYOTI1 team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in managing our production costs, analyzing variances, and collaborating with our Japanese counterparts to optimize our processes.

Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Investigate monthly variances within CADIOS and work with Japan for efficient cost management.
• Plan and direct the Fixed Asset inventory.
• Analyze ROI on new projects and participate in budget planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum of six years' experience in Cost Accounting and Cost Management.
• Fluency in Japanese is a must.
• CPA certification is highly preferred.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is a significant advantage.
