Job Description
We are hiring a Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese) to join our team at TOYOTI1. As a leading international tire manufacturing company, we are looking for dynamic individuals to become subject matter experts in CADIOS, manage production costs with our Japanese team, and ensure efficient cost management processes. This role requires fluency in Japanese and expertise in cost accounting, cost management, and SAP S4 HANA.
Responsibilities
- Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS and investigate monthly variances.
- Collaborate with Japan to optimize CADIOS for managing production costs.
- Plan and oversee fixed asset inventory and analyze ROI on new projects.
- Participate in budget planning for labor and other costs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in cost accounting and management.
- CPA certification is preferred.
- Experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
